David has been in the financial services industry since 1988 starting his career as a financial adviser with Peal Assurance. He was promoted to a Manager at the Pearl but due to changes decided to move to Prudential in 1996 as a Financial Adviser. He then became an IFA and Director for LMJ in 2010. He provides financial advice in all areas of financial planning, specialising in Pension and Investment advice along with Inheritance Planning.

What David has to say:

LMJ has a built a large client base over the years, growing mainly from recommendations from within our client base. We pride ourselves on giving face to face advice which focusing on the best outcome for our clients.

During my time off from Financial Advice, I enjoy travelling, all kind of sports along with long walks and cycling.

When I am away from the office, I enjoy going on holidays with my Wife and friends, cycling and DIY.

Nicola has been in the financial services industry and worked within IFA Practices since 2002. She has been an important member of the LMJ team since 2011. In that time, she has completed mortgage, equity release and more recently full IFA exams so that she can provide full financial planning to her clients.

What Nicola has to say:
I love being part of the LMJ team and working in a company where the sole focus is customers’ needs and quality of advice and I have the pleasure of having some of the most fantastic clients.

When I am not working I can be found at the theatre, a local gig or at home with a large glass of Merlot.

Leyton joined us in 2021. He has since completed his mortgage exams and the first of his IFA exams.

What Leyton has to say:
Since being at LMJ I have learnt so much and grown as a person. When I am not at work I can be found socialising with friends and catching a football match.

Joanne has been with us since 2018. She predominantly supports David Simmonds, with his annual reviews after many years working in finance.

What Joanne has to say:
I am enjoying semi retirement and when I am not keeping my mind active at LMJ, I can be found spending time with my 6 Grandchildren who keep my physically active or exploring the big world with a nice holiday.

Jenni has been in the financial services industry since 2006 and a member of the LMJ team since 2020. She works closely with David Ruddle assisting him with providing excellent customer service.

What Jenni has to say:
I love being part of the LMJ team and feel lucky to work in such an enjoyable environment, providing outstanding service to our fantastic clients. When I am not working I can be found at home with my two daughters and our spoilt cats, with a large prosecco or on a beach sunning myself.

Jenson is your newest and youngest member of the team. He is currently studying a financial administration apprenticeship.

What Jenson has to say:
I am enjoying the new challenge of working with LMJ. In my spare time I enjoy watching football, keeping active and socialising with my friends.
